2008 EVENTS
  • June 6 - 8. Outings Leader Training Workshop Outings Leader Training Worksop offered by Outdoor Activities Training Program (OATP). This workshop fulfills the OLT101/OLT201 requirements. Starts Friday night June 6, 2008 at 7:30 pm sharp. Ends Sunday June 8, 2008 with lunch about 12 noon. Cost: $45 includes meals (Fri dinner - Sun lunch) and bunk style cabin lodging for Fri-Sat. Registration through OATP is required. No drop ins allowed. Register online, by phone, fax, or mail. More Details including facility background and information, what to bring, and directions.
  • Sunday, June 22 - Friday, 27, 2008. High Sierra Serenity Outing
    Cost $250.00 for Members and $275.00 for non members with an additional $10.00 at the door for leader expenses. Limited to 15 people. Daily 12 step meeting at 7:00 a.m. with two different hikes ( 3 to 4 miles and 6 to 7 miles) planned each day. Evening activities include hot tubbing, 12 step meetings in town, games, movies and conversation, and ending with the Thursday night campfire and entertainment.   • Sept. 6 - 7, 2008 (Sat. & Sun.) - Wilderness First Aid Class at CTL Instructor: Bobbie Foster
    Students will be in class all day Sat. & Sunday (from 9AM - 5PM) Cost $90 for the class. This does not include lodging at CTL. Class participants are to call the lodge to book in for this class. They also need to make a reservation for lodging if they plan on staying at CTL.
    Space is limited to 20 participants.
